At Youth Reversion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any issues or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund service within 12 months of purchase, subject to the guidelines below.
1. Refund & Shipping Guidelines
The refund amount and responsibility for shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
A. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Company Error) If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will take full responsibility.
- Refund Amount: 100% Full Refund (Product Price + Original Shipping Fees).

Return Shipping Cost: Paid by Youth Reversion. (We will provide a prepaid return label, so the return is free for you.)
B. Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction (Customer Preference) If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the results:
- Refund Amount: Product Price Only. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)

C. Customs Rejection, Undeliverable, or Refused Packages (Recipient Responsibility) If an international package is returned to us due to customs rejection, unpaid duties/taxes, an incorrect shipping address provided, or refusal of delivery by the recipient:
- Refund Amount: Product Price Only, minus any international return shipping fees or penalties billed to us by the carrier. (Original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
- Return Shipping Cost: Deducted directly from the customer's refund amount.
- Note: If a package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities due to unpaid duties, failure to provide requested documentation, or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued.
2. Eligibility & Conditions for Returns
To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of our return policy, the following conditions must be met for returns based on dissatisfaction or change of mind:
- The 50% Rule For opened products, the returned bottle must contain at least 50% of the original solution. Refunds will be denied for empty or nearly empty bottles.
- Multi-Pack Purchase Limit If you purchased a bundle or multi-pack (e.g., 3-pack, 5-pack), we can only accept one opened bottle for a dissatisfaction refund. All other bottles must be returned in their original, unopened condition (with safety seals intact) to be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process
1. Request a Return: Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate a return.
2. Ship the Item: Send the product to the return address provided by our team.
3. Inspection: Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the condition and remaining volume of the product.
4. Refund Processing: Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Other Methods: Refunds will be issued to the original payment account used at checkout.

Q. I received a defective item. Who pays for shipping?
A. We do. If the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or our error, we will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund including the original shipping fee. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Q. I changed my mind. Is the original shipping fee refundable?
A. No. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction), only the product price is refundable. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
