7. TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in force as long as You access the Web site, use any functions or features of the Web site, or order anything from the Web site. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or restrict Your access to the services, upon prior notice (or immediately in urgent cases), if You materially violate any of the terms of this Agreement or illegally abuse the services provided.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - NO WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT IN CASES OF COMPANY'S WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRODUCTS, OR CUSTOMER'S USE OF THE WEB SITE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE WEB SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs, or demands resulting from Your improper use or misuse of the Products (including disregarding medical contraindications), misuse of the Web site, or Your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. This indemnification obligation does not apply if the claim arises without Your fault. We shall promptly notify You of any such claim or suit and cooperate in the defense thereof.

10. NOTICE

Any notice required to be given under this Agreement to You may be provided to You by postal mail or by e-mail. If notice is sent by e-mail, such notice shall be sent to the last known e-mail address that You provided to Us.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or to causes beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, strikes, or failure of telecommunications or information services infrastructure.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement and all matters arising out of, or otherwise relating to, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement. No Waiver. No waiver of or by Company shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default of the same provision of this Agreement. Severability. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to Your access and use of the Web site and Your ordering and use of the Products, and supersedes and replaces all prior understandings or agreements.
